A retired Japanese police officer patrols a well-known suicide spot, hoping to reach troubled individuals before they take the leap.
The music, inspired by a japanese traditional style, reflects the changing nature of the sea in this movie: sometimes peaceful and beautiful, other times mysterious and dangerous.
